1. What is PayrollHero?

PayrollHero is a consumer-friendly application for Time, Attendance, Scheduling, HRIS, Analytics, and Payroll platform in the cloud built for web and mobile. Our applications include #MyClock for iOS/Web and TeamClock for iOS/Android/Web. Our applications are made to work with Singaporean laws and needs. We utilize facial recognition to ensure that the right employee is in the right place at the right time. PayrollHero will help you effectively eliminate costly ghost employees, buddy punching, and help put a smile on your employees' faces everyday.

2. Is my data safe with PayrollHero?

PayrollHero uses tools such as two factor authentication and encryption at rest to HTTPS security, so that your data is always protected. Learn more

4. How do I get started?

Get started with PayrollHero by completely filling out this form. One of our sales team members will be in touch with you right away to run through our onboarding process and everything needed to get started.

5. How long does it take to get started?

The onboarding process is 60 days from start to finish to ensure that your account gets set up accurately.

6. How does your Onboarding process work?

Our implementation team will coordinate the onboarding of your company and share a personalized gantt chart so that you can watch the progress. The onboarding process is 60 days from start to finish.

7. Are all my employees required to attend the training certifications?

No. It is NOT required that every single employee in your company attend the training certifications.However, please keep in mind that only the ones that passed the PayrollHero training certifications (certified users) will get certified support. Usually companies send their HR and payroll admins and managers that have duties within HR and payroll. Learn more

8. Is it easy to use your platform?

Yes, PayrollHero’s platform is intuitive and easy to use. We complement our platform with amazing customer service, detailed support documents, online videos, and in person training certification.

9. Does your platform work on any device?

There are minimum system and device requirements to run PayrollHero, please visit our Knowledge Base.

10. Do I need to buy a device for all of my employees?

It depends on the setup of your company. If your employees are based in one worksite only and you want them to clock in and out using a single device, that is possible. If you want them to clock in and out using several devices or their own devices, that is also possible.

11. Aside from facial recognition, what are the other options?

None. PayrollHero uses facial recognition technology to ensure that the right employee is in the right place at the right time. This selfie-based clock in or out is the only way our platform pulls in data.

12. How can I track the whereabouts of my employees?

We can track the whereabouts of your employees when we set up your company’s worksites. Learn more

13. Is it possible for me to keep track of my “flexible” employees?

Yes. Again, we can do this with the help of the worksites feature as well as “Flex Schedules.” Learn more

14. What can my employees see on their respective accounts?

Assuming that you’re the account owner, you are the one who will decide the extent of what your employee can view using his/her account. Learn more

15. Where does my business fit in terms of pricing?

It depends on the needs of your company. We currently have three pricing packages: 1) Small Business 2) Enterprise 3) Enterprise Plus. Learn more

16. What if my business doesn’t fall under restaurant, BPO, office, or retail?

Completely fill out this form and one of our team members will get in touch with you so that we can find out if your business is a fit with PayrollHero.

17. How does billing work?

When you sign up for PayrollHero, we bill you for the year ahead. You pay for a certain amount of employees in advance and this creates a credit on your account. To let you know what’s going on with your account balance, we send you a summary each month. Learn more

18. How do I pay you?

PayrollHero accepts credit cards via PayPal and bank transfer to HSBC Singapore.

19. Do you compute and process government-mandated contributions?

Yes. Our platform can provide the computations and we can process government-mandated contributions.

20. Can you generate government reports and computations?

Yes. PayrollHero automatically generates required statutory reports and computations. Learn more

21. Can you help me with leave management?

Yes. Employees can fill out a form online through their PayrollHero account to quickly and easily request time off. Learn more

22. What if I only need certain parts of your platform?

That’s okay. We will be transparent with you and let you know from the beginning if we can adjust depending on the needs of your company. Our PayrollHero & Your Business (PAYB) forms will help us determine if your company is indeed a fit with our platform.

23. Am I allowed to cancel my account?

Your initial contract is 1 year (unless stated longer in the contract) and renews on a month to month basis after that. You can cancel anytime after the initial year by providing 30 days advance notice in writing.

24. What if my question is not here?
