Automated Emails

Automatic emails are a great tool for keeping you updated on your employees’ attendance and performance. Customize email templates and choose how frequently and under what circumstances emails should be automatically sent to you or your employees.

You can choose to be alerted for late clock-ins, absences, unscheduled work, and more, and/or choose to receive daily or weekly summaries. Automated emails also alert your employees when their payslips are available, if they’ve clocked out too early or too late, if they’re missing a required document, and more.
